Is Linkedin Premium Worth It?

Can someone share their thoughts on whether LinkedIn Premium is worth it? I’m looking for insights on the benefits, real-world value, and whether it’s worth subscribing.

LinkedIn Premium can be worth it if you’re actively job hunting, recruiting, or selling, as it offers InMail, profile insights, and learning courses. For casual users, the free version is usually sufficient.

LinkedIn Premium can be worth it for job seekers and professionals wanting advanced features like InMail messaging, detailed applicant insights, expanded search filters, and learning courses. It helps increase visibility and networking opportunities, but casual users may not need it. Value depends on your career goals and usage level.

LinkedIn Premium may be good when you are an active career development user of LinkedIn. It provides such advantages as the ability to view the people who saw your profile, to send inMail to people who you are not connected with, to gain deeper understanding of the job, and to take comprehensive learning courses. The free plan should suffice to users who are non-technical. Premium is most useful in networking, finding jobs or recruiting.

LinkedIn Premium can definitely be worth its cost if you are an active user of LinkedIn to find a job, build your network, or make sales. Data like InMail, profile views, and applicant insights give you a helpful edge. But, if you are just a casual browser or a low engager, the free version is generally sufficient.

I’ve used it on and off honestly, it’s worth it if you’re actively job hunting or doing outreach since InMail and profile insights help, but if you’re just casually browsing, the free version is usually enough.

I had Premium for about 6 months last year. The biggest value for me was seeing who viewed my profile and reaching out to recruiters directly. If you’re actively job hunting, it can help but if you just scroll casually, it’s probably overkill.

Job seekers, recruiters, and professionals might find that LinkedIn Premium is worth the money due to such capabilities as InMail messaging, profile insights, courses, and comparison of applicants. The free version is usually adequate to the casual users.

LinkedIn Premium can be worth it if you want expanded networking tools, advanced job insights, and InMail credits but it may not be worth the cost for casual users who don’t use those features.

LinkedIn premium may be worth considering in cases where job seekers, recruiters, and professionals find the features such as InMail messaging, profile insights, learning courses, and applicant comparisons advantageous, but in less serious users, the free version may be adequate in use.
