tbh i'd be super careful with clipto or any third party app for confidential meetings. most of these things upload your audio to their servers for processing, even if they promise 'security.' i always wonder what happens to that data. for anything sensitive, i'd stick to taking notes yourself or a company-approved solution. not worth the risk imo.
