hulu error code p-dev320 on smart tv

yeah penny, i get that your internet connection seems fine, but tbh this p-dev320 error nearly always points to something wonky with the tv's actual connection *to* the internet, or the app itself. i've had times where my phone works perfectly but the tv just refuses. have you tried forgetting the wifi network on the tv and reconnecting? or maybe even a wired connection if possible just to rule it out?
