How To See Deleted Messages On Instagram?

Hey, does anyone know how to view deleted messages on Instagram? I've tried a few things, but I can’t seem to find a way to recover or see messages that were removed. Any tips or suggestions on how to do this?

Messages cannot be recovered using Instagram's "Recently Deleted" feature. The best way to request the download of your data is to go to settings, "Your activity," and choose "Messages." Instagram sends you a file via email that might include the conversations that were erased.

You can’t see deleted Instagram messages directly, but you can request your account data from Instagram settings. It’ll include your message history if it’s still stored.

You can see deleted Instagram messages by downloading your account data:

1. Go to Instagram Settings → Your activity → Download your information.
2. Request a data download via email.
3. Open the downloaded file to view deleted messages.
