Daryl_Dixon Member Tuesday at 6:49 AM #2 Here’s what usually works for me: Hold Power + Volume Down for about 10–15 seconds to force restart. Plug in your phone to make sure it’s not a dead battery. If it vibrates or lights blink, the screen might be faulty—try safe mode or a repair shop. Remove the case and check for stuck buttons too. A restart or charge fixes it most of the time.

K Kelseyleblanc Member Wednesday at 12:15 PM #3 I usually try the following if your Android displays a black screen: Holding down the power button will restart the phone. letting it charge for a minimum of half an hour. Safe mode booting to look for malicious apps. If nothing else works, try clearing your cache or performing a factory reset. I'd have it checked if it keeps happening because sometimes it's just a small glitch and other times it might be hardware.
