How to Disable Discord Overlay?

I need help figuring out how to disable the Discord overlay. I’m not sure where the setting is located. Can someone walk me through the steps?

To disable Discord overlay, open Discord and go to User Settings (gear icon). Select Overlay under Activity Settings and toggle Enable in-game overlay off. You can also disable it per game by going to Game Activity and turning off the overlay for specific games, preventing it from appearing while gaming.

To turn off "Enable in-game overlay" for all games, navigate to User Settings (gear icon), choose Game Overlay under Activity Settings, and toggle it off. As an alternative, click the monitor icon next to each game under Registered Games.

Provided that the in-game overlay in Discord is causing problems, open Discord → Settings → Overlay and then turn off the option to enable in-game overlay. You can also make sure the settings of your game or the list of available games in Discord have the overlay turned off (which is unnecessary in certain games). This prevents the full-screen games when the little Discord HUD/window pops up.

By selecting User Settings > Game Overlay and then disabling the "Enable in-game overlay" toggle, you can turn off the Discord overlay. You can disable the overlay for a particular game by scrolling down to Registered Games.
