How to Check Your WiFi GHZ On iPhone?

Hey, can anyone help me figure out how to check my WiFi GHz on an iPhone? I’m trying to see whether I’m connected to a 2.4GHz or 5GHz network, but I can’t seem to find the option in the settings. Is there a quick way or an app that shows this info? Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Because some routers label bands (e.g., "MyWiFi_5GHz"), the easiest method is to check the network name in Settings > Wi-Fi. To view the channel and frequency band, you can also download and activate the AirPort Utility app's Wi-Fi Scanner feature.

You can’t see the WiFi GHz directly on iPhone, but you can check your router’s settings or look at the network name - many routers label 2.4GHz and 5GHz separately.

You will see the icon of Settings Wi-Fi (i) at the upper left corner. Just in case there is 5Ghz or 2.4Ghz in the network name, then that is the band. Otherwise, check your router settings and find details of frequency.

To check your WiFi GHz on iPhone, open Settings > Wi-Fi, tap the connected network (ℹ️ icon). Look at the “Network Band” or “Frequency” section — it will show either 2.4GHz or 5GHz depending on your connection.
