How To Blur A Photo On iPhone?

I want to blur a portion of a picture on my iPhone, say a person's face, or to obscure the background, but I don't know how. Is there a Photoshop feature on the iPhone that allows you to blur pictures, or will I need to get a third-party app? I need instructions that are straightforward to follow if I want to blur or pixelate a part of the photo quickly.

To blur a photo on iPhone, open the Photos app, select the image, tap Edit, and then tap the 'Adjust' tool. Use the sliders to adjust the exposure and brightness. Next, tap the 'Details' icon and use the 'Sharpen' slider to reduce the image clarity. Adjust the 'Details' slider to blur the image.

I just tried using the "Markup" feature in Notes to blur a photo on my iPhone and it worked surprisingly well. You can screenshot the photo, open Notes, and then use Markup to draw a rectangle around the area you want to blur. Tap the blur tool, and it will automatically blur the selected area. It's not as seamless as some other photo editing apps, but it's a quick and easy way to blur a photo on the go.
