If your intention is to block someone on TikTok, go to their profile and then click on the three-dot icon (or share icon) located at the top right corner. After that, choose Block and confirm your action. I've even done this a few times when some random accounts kept commenting on my posts, and after you block someone, the blocked person cannot see your profile, send you messages, or interact with your content in any way anymore.
