We're a small team basically drowning in scattered Google Docs and Slack threads, and I think it's finally time to set up a proper knowledge base. I keep seeing Guru recommended but it's a bit pricey for where we're at. What are you all actually using in 2026? Bonus points if there's something free or close to it that doesn't feel clunky to use.
