best 80mm fans for htpc?

doing a tiny media center build and need 80mm fans. what brand pushes air without sounding like a jet engine?

hey, for quiet 80mm fans, noctua is kinda the gold standard if you can swing the price. they really push air without much noise. i've also had good luck with arctic p-series fans for a budget option, pretty quiet for what you pay. what's your budget like for these?
