Check the HDMI connection and try a different port. Replace the batteries in the remote or re-pair it. Make sure your Wi-Fi is working. If it still won’t load, go to Settings → My Fire TV → Restart or do a factory reset as a last resort. A simple restart usually fixes most Firestick issues.
